In-Home Assessment
The first step is to schedule a free consultation.  This is where we will walk through the home with you, assess your situation and figure out the best options for you. Every situation is different and with our expertise and experience, we will figure out what the best course of action is for you.

Estate Sale Set-Up
After we work together to schedule a date for your sale, we enter the home and start setting up for the estate sale. Our merchandising experts will organize and arrange the entire property. We bring in our own tables, displays, supplies and use our skill to professionally stage and display your items. 

Pricing
We use a number of resources and our years of expertise to determine the market selling value of your items. We never hesitate to consult with experts for specialty items. 

Advertising Your Sale
We advertise and notify our established and loyal customer base through Facebook and other social media outlets, send an email blast to our followers, and advertise also on  EstateSales.net, and EstateSale.com. We maintain and monitor all social media and advertising very closely, answering questions or concerns customers may have. We also place our signs in high traffic areas, directing people to the sale.

Estate Sale Service
We run and manage the entire estate sale. We sell your items over the course of two or three days and will handle any leftover items after the sale. We help you from beginning to end, offering a complete service to you. We are known for clearing a house and will have a complete financial statement and tax receipt ready for you within two weeks!
